Are you tired of the gangs in GTA IV that don't do much in the city? Would you like to see more firefights and better random events? Do you go into a gang territory hoping for a gun fight and get nothing fun out of it? Well then this is the mod for you! This mod adds a lot more gangs on the streets of Liberty City! Some territories may have more than one gang occupying it, but those alliances may soon go to shit when that moment comes. Some racist assholes might take the chance to kill members of an allied gang, but sometimes end up staying friendly. Fire shots in the middle of a gang territory, you might be surprised to see gang members actually try to defend themselves and take you down, allied gangs attempting to kill each other (those racist assholes), and/or maybe cops trying to get into the party. Do a drive by on a gang territory and watch a couple gang members in cars attempt to chase you. This doesn't add any missions into the game, but it adds better and more amounts of gangs. Tested on GTA IV 1.0.7.0
