Description
I was tired of how the cars in GTA IV blew up after 50 shots, so I made a tweak to handling.dat.
The tweak makes it so that bullets will not blow up a car. This makes for better cover in shootouts and it also looks cooler with cars filled with bulletholes instead of explosions everywhere.
