Yo hi all.. this is my first texture mod... pls dont look like this at me ... xD k how to install it is ... just a simple procedure .. 1.install SPARKIV or OPENIV to your pc (pls google it if u dont have)... I used sparkIV cuz its for beginners... 2. First open sparkIV. Then click OPEN at the left top corner. 3.Now browse to x:/Grand Theft Auto IVpcmodelscdimagesplayerped.rpf 4. Now it must be opened.. Then select IMPORT and just select my FILE and save the file... 5.thats it start the game change your dress , njoy xD thank you...
