This is the final revision tweak Anti explosion lag mod V2.0
this mod edits ALL existing data fx explosions in EFLC-TBOGT ONLY. does NOT work for TLAD,has not been tested.
all explosions are now very tiny, have NO smoke particles at all and do very little player_damage.
