The ELS equivalent version of my previous Albany Stinger Cruiser mod. Apparently, because limitations of HaloPCDraco's Dev Stinger model, I decided to split into two types of model: 1. LCPD Speed Enforcement: LCPD livery with "SPEED ENFORCEMENT" text beneath "ESU" and number of specific car (x4). 2. Original TBoGT (Stars and Stripes): Default TBoGT Stinger livery (x1).
