1. Open *GTAIV Dir*/pc/models/cdimages/playerped.img using latest version of OpenIV or Spark IV( http://www.openiv.com or http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-iv/tools/1824 ).
2. Replace uppr_diff_002_a_uni with file from archieve.
3. Close application and run game.
4. Enjoy new clothes!
