This is a modern interpretation of what a Picador could look like I just chose the Random year of 2002 because I can, this is available for San Andreas (Replaces old Picador) and also available for Vice City using Maxo's Vehicle Loader (Further MVL info Below), I am 100% confident that this car is not bug free so if there is odd things on it well, yeah.
