Pumbars' 1991 Police Chevy Caprice w/LCPD and NYPD textures. Model by Torzer, Dimas1515, Pumbars LCPD and NYPD Textures by simplestarwarsfan This is Pumbars' 91 Police Caprice with my LCPD textures included in the .wtd file. Rather than mirroring/finding the link for the Caprice, I decided to put everything together here. This is a Non-ELS model with an NYPD style Vector Lightbar with Red and White covers. Includes 2 older style LCPD, NYPD based textures/skins/paintjobs for the car and 1 newer/current style. I also included 1 more older style one separately if you wanted an all old school look. The same applies to the NYPD versions. Please use Pumbars' handling line (below) and don't forget to add '+livery' on the end of the model's line you choose to replace this with in the 'vehicles.ide'.
