Real shop is a project that I do on my free time.
I try to change all shop/store in GTAIV by real NYC shop or existing shop from usa.
I do not change only poster or billboard it changed everything like shop door, facade, name, building) 
I only editing texture as I do not know how to edit 3D (if someone know how to attach a 3D obect to a building mail me!)
Most of textures are in HD (double or triple the original texture size) 

Be careful better texture quality = more video RAM
I got a GTX580 SLI so I set view distance at 100 but even With my GTX460 SLI got no texture problem or popin

Caution: I dont edit all Lod as it s pain in ass to find each file (if someone is ok to made them I will enjoy to share my work)


ENB: RealityIV ENB beta1 Dec2011 from DKT70 with Patch 1.0.4.0 <- still the best for me even after 2 years

As Rockstar using same lod texture for same shop.
It is impossible to create different shop as the lod will be different.
Personaly, I prefer have a lot of different shop even if lod arent the same.
Just one solution
Set your distance view at 100 :(
