Install guide:go to (steam vertion) local (C:) > Program Files(x86) > SteamApps > common > GTA IV EFLC > EFLC > common > data > handling.
(Disk Vertion) Right click GTA EFLC icon > Open file location > Common > data > Handling.
Replace the SABREGT line with my handling.dat line then save.

If you cannot save the file save it to the desktop the drag and drop it into the gta handling.dat area.
