first off you need to make GTa IV moddable by using a modified file
one site you can download it from:

to use bonus weapons you will need something to replace weapons,i use weaponreplacer

//////////////4 NOOBS: HOW TO INSTALL/////////////
i advice to first make a copy of the original weaponinfo.xml in folder Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data
and explosionfx.det in effects subfoled.
now take the file and folder from this archive and overwrite the old ones with them.

////////////////////////THE BONUS WEAPONS//////////////////////////
none of these replace the guns you can buy or find on the street(at least i don't want them to)
I don't use rocket type projectiles in this version,so all launchers throw grenades with various effects,
i didn't succed in increasin the initial speed of the projectiles (if that is ever possible. the engine has it's limits.),that means:)
DO NOT TRY to shoot from grenade launchers in front off your car!

comment:the game engine limits number of visible particles,which means you can't have unlimited hydrants or such.

suicide bomba		Episodic_6	thrown		the impact sensitive grenades						left mous button is the quickest way of killing yourself. let Niko prepare the throw if you aren't thyting to do what it's name says. don't throw out of car with left window blocked
minigunM4		unused0		rifle		fast and strong gun that is deadly for enemies,while safe for user	not strong enough to explode cars,but ignites them VERY quickly. pretty acurate for a machinegun
metal storm*		Episodic_8	rifle		80x faster than mp5,weak bullets,but incredibly many of em		still doesn't create continuous line from bulletholes when turning around
ubershotty**		Episodic_9	shotgun		2x more acurate than baretta and fast as M4!				go put some serious holes to that city! The square spread is not my fault,that's how R* defined accuracy.

note:game names of bonus weapons are not permanent,nor do weapon models or animations and I'll try to invent new weapons in future versions. I may put rendered previews on youtube,only if i get time to render.
