►1. THX FOR 1k SUBSCRIBERS! And here is the next car pack.
It's :

Realistic 
- force & velocity is realistic (Not too fast)
- There isn't any failed handling line (I hope :D)
- Realistic replacement (for example: Emperor 1 & 2 or every muscle car is a muscle car, so 
not a super car)
- 4-door cars are 4-door cars - the same with 2-door cars

Different
- You have lot's of types (e.g: European cars, Chinese cars and American cars.)

►►►► NEED ALWAYS A MODABLE GTA 4

1.WAY (SETUP.exe)

►BACK UP THESE FILES:

- vehicles.img (C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data\pc\models\cdimages)
- handling.dat (C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data)
- vehicles.ide (C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data)


Now click on Setup.exe and start this as administrator. 


Then you need to select this install path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV

►If you have steam you need to use the 2.WAY
►If ther isn't your GTA 4 you need to use the 2.WAY



2.WAY (MANUALLY)

►BACK UP THESE FILES:

- vehicles.img (C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data\pc\models\cdimages)
- handling.dat (C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data)
- vehicles.ide (C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data)


►Copy the vehicles.img(393MB) from Car Pack 2013 and replace it with the orginal vehicles.img(84MB)
in C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data\pc\models\cdimages 

►Copy handling.dat from the Car Pack 2013 and replace it with the orginal handling.dat
in C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data 

►Copy vehicles.ide from the Car Pack 2013 and replace it with the orginal handling.dat
in C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data


It's better, if you start a new game in order to avoid the SMPA60 crash.

►Problems

U: WTF, there are taxis only, why?
C: You need TrafficLoad by ikt (http://www.gta4-mods.com/script/trafficload-f9780)

U: This car hasn't a bumper, why?
C: You need to replace the vehicles.ide

U: My game crashes directly!
C: You need a modable game. 

U: I play 5 minutes and then crashes my game.
C: Start a new game :(

U: Can I finish the game with this car pack?
C: Yes. 

U: My carpack is based on yours, can I release it?
C: Sure, if you credit me.
