extract vehicles.ide, handling.dat and carcols.dat to 'C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto IV/common/data'
extract vehicles.img and newveh.img to 'C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto IV/pc/models/cdimages'
