A Mod that I think would be cool is when you go to customize your car and you buy bass boost that you will actually have subwoofers in your trunk if i could make the mod i would but i dont know how so if ne one knows how could ya try to make this mod

Sigh, the only 2 mods I liked didn't work
10x Draw distance didn't work, it made the DD SHORTER
And the time Sync mod, kept changing the weather every few seconds
Test before you upload ftw

The author made a note (in the readme was it?) that the 10x draw distance mod can be a bit buggy. Links and spelling errors were fixed. Also, the New Wheels image.

HEY!!
First, to use Playlister (even knowing it'll not do anything!)
1. Extract it to "GTA San Andreas User Files", at My Documents.
2. Drag & Drop any m3u playlist to the exe file, then press return to exit.
It SHOULD work, but as it creates filenames incompatible with the game (ex: C:\Program Files instead of C:\Progra~1), station doesn't play anything!
If anyone can contact the creator of this utility, please let him know about this...

The 100% savegame mod doesn't do much. It opens up the city and gives you a Rhino and Hydra near CJ's house but that's it. None of the missions are complete. Nothing is unlocked. Can't use TransFender, Loco Low Co., etc., can't fly (easily), no jetpack, nothing you got from completing missions.

Wanna know for the pedstats editor (by Scream2k4) which gang is which because i am confused which one is grove, triad, rifa, vagos and etc. Also does anyone know how to change the gang's weapons. Thank you.

The modification community is up and about with the release of the San Andreas PC version release.
