This is only a small list of locations just to help some if you have a hard
time finding motorcycles. Some of these listed might be random and others
might only show up when you are on a motorcycle but I figured I would list
them anyways just incase.
This is how this section works:

Location: On the Upper levels of the multilevel parking garage that is
North/Northeast of the "Los Santos Forum" at the Western part of the
"East Beach" area (the same parking garage that has one of the Gang tags that
you spray over on the bottom floor).
