Description: After completing the mission to steal a guy's car. You can return to the Valet Parking where there will be missions to take the cars that come in a park them, complete level 5 to gain this place as an asset.

How to get it as an Asset: Complete the missions to steal the cars and it becomes available.
Max amount of money: $5000 (Medium)
Description: After completing the Driving School mission "Back to School", you will get a call from one of you buddies at the garage telling you that Wang Cars is now available to purchase. After you buy it you will do a few missions where you have to find certain cars on a list to put up for sale. After you got them all you can return there anytime to get them and recieve money.

Note - I just heard that you need to complete driving school, this makes sense since I went and completed it right when I unlocked it.

How to get it as an Asset: Complete all three of Zero's missions
Max amount of money: $2000 (Slow)
Description: These three missions are completly options and challenging, but if you manage to complete them then you can recieve money out here, I myself had very much trouble and can not give my own strategy out simply because I don't know what I did, please consult the boards to get a good strategy.
