GTA: San Andreas - General News | @ 06:44 PM MDT | By Zidane
I've recorded some videos of San Andreas (PC), demonstrating parts of the game, like some driving, flying, a bit of the menu, and the draw distance.

Short Gameplay [Driving]

Long Gameplay [Driving]

Lengthy Gameplay [Driving, Physics, Draw Distance]

Short Gameplay [Flying, Draw Distance, Menu]

More videos, coming soon. Enjoy!

Very Nice Zidane, Like the high_Guality ones, what Codec did u use? ive been trying to get my videos this small with this much quality for ages now. Im corrently using The latest Fraps , and that makes like 2.5Gig Videos out of 3 Minutes..

Zidane, you sure are crazy.
Loved the plane flying and the throwing your car in a gas station videos.
Thanks for making and posting them.

Here's something for those who have a GeForce 4 MX 440 like me.

Does San Andreas run on machines using the GeForce4 MX440 video card?

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas was played on a GeForce4 MX440 during compatibility testing where the game was found to play without problems on the 440 hardware. Compatibility testing recommended settings with a resolution of 800x600x16 with draw distance set to around 1/4 and "details" set to medium for best results with this graphics card.

You can play just fine, great news.

get virtualdub and xvid
then open the fraps avi, go to streams list, right click on the first one in there select full processing then compression and set the audio to mp3 128kbps or something, then when you go to file, save as select xvid as the video codec

One way to make videos is by going to http://www.fraps.com and downloading the latest version. It will also show your FPS in real-time.

Oh, and instead of triple posting you can just use the edit button. :p And do you guys really have to compete for the first post? That is spamming you know..
