Z Modeler 2 (Preview)

GTAGaming.com - General News | @ 12:13 AM MDT | By Zidane
Head over to Z Modeler 2's temporary site to grab yourself a preview version of ZModeler2.
I've decided to release a preview version of ZModeler2 few days earlier than announced before. This is as preview version only and does not contain that much functionality, even ZModeler 1 series has more tools than this one. But anyway, this is a new evolution of ZModeler which will surely beat ZModeler 1 series.

So, grab you copy on the Downloads page.

Surely this is good news for all of you GTA modelers out there. ;)

It does say that it's just a demo and that it's missing alot of functions (Like import/export) It seems alot more complicated with a 3dsmax feel to the material editor... The buttons are all moved into different places so knowing your program and where everything is will now will be a little difficult. Someone is going to need to make a new Tutorial as soon as someone figures the damn program out...

I think for now i will continue to use zmodeler 1.07b for making mods.

Also in this version there is no filters folder so don't expect to load your dff files yet and don't bother tring to open a zmod 1 file into zmod 2 it will tell you to try importing the zmod1 file (but there is no import/export in this demo version)
