The Digital Foundry guys over at EuroGamer have compiled a basic but effective video showing 15 Days pass by in Liberty City. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a way to embed the video at the moment but you guys can watch it Here.

When you view something on this scale you realize how much effort Rockstar put into making this game intricate in all the overall aspects of City life

Funny how quite a few of the peds stand on the same spot for the entire day. Especially the ones in groups. Not quite perfect, but still a bloody well done job from R*.
The minor attention to detail is just stunning!

Agree with you three guys. The video is just beautiful. The effort from Rockstar is clearly there and it's amazing. Bravo. Also congrats for this video maker.
