Dusche Gold
Type of reference: Sexual/Play on Words
Explanation: The name of this liquor has a couple of puns. First, "Dusche" is pronounced the same as the word "douche", a device used for feminine hygiene and a very common insult for a jerk. Second, in German the word Dusche translates to "shower" bringing the full name out to Golden Shower, which is a sexual act of urinating.

Type of reference: Play on Words
Explanation: E-Cola, similar to Coca-Cola, is one of the in-game soft drinks sold around the city. The name is a play on a couple of things - E. Somebody at Rockstar must not like soft drinks...

The Corpse Ride
Type of reference: Straight-Forward
Explanation: Although not much of a humorous pun (to our knowledge) this ride off of Firefly Island seems to borrow its name from Tim Burton's movie 'The Corpse Bride'. Any sort of significance of this connection is yet unknown.
Weazel News
Type of reference: Play on Words
Explanation: One of Rockstar's most creative and intricate puns in GTA IV, Weazel News is a parody of American television station Fox News. The name contains several references: first, "Weazel" sounds like weasel, an animal similar to a fox (weasels are commonly regarded as sneaky and disgusting characters - could Rockstar be saying something Fox News reporters?). Second, Weazel News claims that they report "the right news" - in a political context, right would refer to conservative, and Fox News is frequently accused of having a conservative bias.
