GTA IV The Lost and Damned Walkthrough: Assassinations

After the mission This Shit's Cursed, Congressman Stubbs will call you up letting you know that he will periodically have some work for you. A new entry under his name in your phonebook titled "Job," will appear, which you can dial when you're ready to take a new side mission.

The nature of his jobs are much like the Assassin missions from GTA IV. He'll give you a destination and a person to kill, and all you have to do is complete the task.

Here is a list of the missions Stubbs will send you on, and what you can expect from each of them:

Superstar Cafe in Lancaster: one of Stubbs' "friends" is having a meal at the cafe, and it's up to you to kill him. This friend must be a very important person because once you take a shot at him, there will be plenty of guards around to try and take you down. Killing all the guards isn't a requirement, but you'll need some open space in order to exit the cafe and lose your wanted level.
Sensitive Information ($1,000): somebody knows "sensitive information" that may cast Stubbs in a bad light with the public. Stubbs wants you to teach the man that he made a mistake. Drive over to the contact's location and approach his car window. Johnny will make some threats and the man will drive off. Simply follow him and kill him by performing a drive-by to complete the mission.
