LCS - R* Custom Tracks V1.0

GTA: LCS - File Downloads | @ 03:09 PM MDT | By Zidane
Here's a pretty cool nugget of joy for everyone who has (or is getting) Liberty City Stories... this allows players to add their own music into the game, and also create the name of the new "station" text that displays when you enter a vehicle. It basically converts the audio into a format specifically for the PSP, so if you play it back on a PC it won't sound good, but it sounds perfect in game. It cuts the file size down when it converts so its easier on your memory stick, and has basically keeps the same quality, and is much better than just a standard MP3 file addition. I've tested it with my GTASA radio station, and it works pretty damn good!

You need to rip the audio from a CD, not just an mp3 file on your hard drive...(left), testing the station and text in game... it works perfectly! (right).

Very cool stuff, you can download this from the downloads section of the official LCS site, or from our servers! Enjoy!

Judging by your last picture, can you actually call the stations what you want aswell?

"..and has basically keeps the same quality,.."

Just wanted to point out you made a grammatical error there.

Thanks for telling though Zidane, can't wait till tomorrow.

...This might be good news to some people who didn't expect custom audio from the first place....

but for me, this is just crap. I know we can use an ISO image or a CDRW to put our own mp3s in, but WHAT ABOUT THE SONGS WE ALREADY HAVE IN OUR PSPS!

Rockstar, this sucks. You just disappointed thousands of GTA fans like me.

i heard that there was a MP3 function in LCS O_o i went on GameFAQs and looked up a walkthrough on LCS and it said:
QUOTE: You may have heard that this game supports custom
soundtracks by importing MP3s from the memory stick. You are correct, however
that feature is not available to you right away. Just have patience. /QUOTE

so i dunno, but when i get the game, i will look out for it one more week for me :(

It kind of sucks how you can't use .mp3 files for it.

how did you name your starion cause there isnt any field in which to title a NEW station name just two fields one for album and one for musical group. unless youre altering one of those two fields OR both then i dont see how you got to THAT particular station in your Leone Sentinal
