I have an update for everyone on the GTA weekend previews - I bet many people are wondering why GameSpot & IGN did not update in the past two weeks. I actually don't know exactly why, but I would guess Rockstar wanted attention to be on the official site update and the teaser sites. There is good news, however! An official response from GameSpot said there will be no update this weekend but there will be one next weekend for sure! It is likely that IGN will be updating next weekend also. The news was useful to me so I figured I should share it. I would like to personally thank Psy for this information.

Note by Rappo: The Missions is now updated with new mission from San Fierro including Test Drive, which includes Cesar, and The Da Nang Thang, which reveals that Carl will be accepting missions from Wu Zi Mu (or Whoozie, as Carl likes to say).

Suggestion: How about the car from the Flinstones.

The Flintstones Mod will change your Trash truck into a Flintstones car, your Python pistol into a Sling Shooter and it also comes with a new player skin that will give Tommy a new look with a Fred Flintsone shirt. It also has a VCM install file included for the Flintstones car.

As I read through my new OPM, (issue 85), I came across a little bit of info on DJ Pooh, who is aiding Rockstar North in the development of San Andreas, to co-write the story, dialogue, and radio spots. DJ Pooh is a hip-hop producer and screenwriter, who is best known for co-writing Friday with Ice Cube, and producing albums by LL Cool J, Snoop Dogg, and Tupac.

There is also a small interview with DJ Pooh, which is a very interesting read.

Here's a small mod that I've created. It will turn your regular old Hotring Racer into one straight out of San Andreas. The new Hotring Racer features advertisements from San Andreas including TransFender, Sprunk, Binco, ProLaps, The Pig Pen, Victim, Reece's Barber Shop, and more!

A lot of confusion has surrounded the name of the Golden Gate Bridge's San Andreas counterpart, located in San Fierro. Finally, we can reveal that the true name for the bridge is the "Gant Bridge", not "Grant" as seen in a number of magazines. Thanks to Richard Kruger, Rockstar's Webmaster, for clearing this one up.

Here's a cool mod created by Adz, webmaster of Adz-Gta, one of our hosted sites. This is a small Hotring Racer mod. There are new ads and the number has been changed to 666. the new ads are Red Bull, Yakuza 'We're Finger Cutting Good', and a Rockstar North logo with devil horns and a tail. New handling.cfg and carcols.dat are included as well.
