A New Advert?

Hi there, I dont know if this has been noted before, but I just ran into an advert of GTA IV in Leuven, Flanders (Belgium). It's a black and white poster, A4 format, shiny paper. It bears Nicko Bellic's image with the superscript WANTED.
THERE ARE A FEW NEW ELEMENTS IN IT. We get a more or less detailed description of Nicko. Turns out he's between 28 and 32 years old, between 5'11'' and 6'2'' tall and weighs between 175 and 185 lbs. In the charge, it is noted that Nicko jacked a 2007 BANSHEE by attacking the driver with a baseball bat. One name in the Police Department is mentioned: DETECTIVE MOELLER.

I hope it hasn't been mentioned before, if so please ignore this, if not, I've seen another one featuring Jacob, I'll take it off as well!

Can't do it right now (scanner issues), but I retrieved a second poster with Jacob's image. He's wanted vor robbery and firearm possession. Another car is mentioned too: "last seen heading southeast in a late model sedan, possibly a green verigo". I'll post the images as soon as I can.

To ease the waiting, here's the text on Nicko:
The above subject is wanted in questioning for a grand theft auto that occured at Lorimar Street in the Star Junction of Algonquin. Subject did force his way into an occupied vehicle and proceeded to forcibly eject the driver by assaulting him with a baseball bat. Subject then fled the area in possession of the driver's black 2007 Banshee.

The comment on Jacob:
The above suspect is wanted in connection to a robbery with firearm at Wordite Street in the north section of Algonquin. Suspect approached a female pedestrian and displayed weapon. Suspect fled scene with currency and valuables. Last seen heading southeast in a late model sedan, possibly a green Verigo

Does this mean Wanted Posters will , upgrade as Nkos crimes change /an /or he beats a rap ? Wonder if he will use payoffs to get wanted posters re-moved ?

EDIT #2 has anyone tried the phone # ? ?
