i tried but it looked like shit, thnx

or tell me where i can get a decent one

you can get the neo skin any where. ill make the seraph one and put it on this thread k?

Download the matrix mod at gta3.net (wich comes in two parts)

and simply take the seraph & neo skins from there.

all the neo skins look crap, they need a proper model to put the skin around.

unfortunately, thats not possible at the time either. so many limits...

it is posible, just edit the tommy model give a better model for clothes, tweak with the face, and make a skin for it which looks decent!
