I cant add a mod, without it fucking up

Everytime i try to add a car model, car thing, with all the differnt programs out there. I try to load a game, and it wont load. it will only got a quarter of teh way, and freeze

that or i cant open a saved game
cause it will freeze

when i reinstall, putting everything back to normal, it works fine...

HELP

install them manually.

ok read the readme carfully and Back Up!! your files so you dont have to re install

are you new to modding? maybe you are using a GTA3 model with Vice city, they're incompatible without conversions.
