Blade Runner Spinners?

I was wondering if anyone has thought of making a Blade Runner cop car - spinner - for VC. The BTTF Delorean looks great, and more sci-fi vehicles would make a nice addition to the growing VC fleet of cars..

Spinners as in wheels that keep spinning when you stop? Brokenfish says it's imposible.

I say it's impossible too, your game would crash. The wheels were probably only made to just turn once you accellerate, and it probably will only do nothing once you're standing still in a car. Another idea of making it popped up in my head. Once you're standing still there could be a button you could press to activate the spinners. But, alas, I think it's impossible too.

yeh brokenfish, that would be very helpful. So many new people come up with so many stupid ideas (like the dumb 'decorate-it-yourself' idea cough*sims*cough)
