a mod idea

now i know that a majority of u who use this forum are quite smart and can make modifications, and also do it quick and easy (wel i have seen posting about mods saying.."i spent a couple hours on it so it should be good" or somewhere along those lines....if i made a mod i would be still making it for gta1 coz i would have started then and id be almost finished now lol.........n e ways reason im posting is coz i have an idea for a mod and i dont ahve the smarts to make it

is it possible for a mod to be made that does this:
-gives the pay n spray a menu when u drive into it.
-on that menu u get to choose the color of the car if u want to paint.
-u get to buy an engine if u choose to...and there is many engines all having diferent performance as to how the cars handling is set...e.g. the car may take of fast but not reach a top speed of another engine...
or maybe when it hits 3rd gear the car gets a sudden boost (like hitting power band on a motorbike) or even putting nos into a car by buying it in the pay n spray......

now this idea may sound rediculous but i have wanted something liek that to come along since i first played gta3.....i dont know weatehr it is possible to do but if it is and someone feels like trying to make it i wuold like to be one of the first to use it.....

i dodn't know how to make mods but that one sounds cool

it would be kick ass.....and if anmyone out there knows that they can make tis please do so because it would make the game a hell of a lot more fun...

I think somone should make a Stealth Bomber that actually drpped like atomic bombs so could finally wipe out those gddamn haitans!

LOL yeah and the stealth could go as high as it wanted, and it would drop 5 bombs at once like the RC planes you used to blow away the cubans in the haitian missions. yeah, that would be a cool mod.

And let me see if I have a pic of it...nope, no pic. I'll try to find one on google or something, you could like search for "Stealth Bomber Pics" on google. and switch would do a good job if he made it, his mods are awesome.

most of switch's mods are converted models, if youve been reading readmes which youre supposed to read

nuthead : the only thing thats not possible is engine buying thing. the colour choice could be like standing in the coloured markers, and the nos thing could be like going to one of those health type markers (you could make your own for NOs) . Brokenfish, you could do that couldn't you? (BTW what do you mean by the menu? what dould it include?)

well ni the menu have have like

NOS

COLOR

WHEELS (i just thought of that one then it probably isnt possible)

and then have sub menus of the colors and the wheels and if possible ammounts of nos tank that u would like to purchase it would be great for the racing missions

as far as i know, the wheels modding isnt possible, and niether is the menu. but you could have markers to stand in like i said before.
