About the characters not returning, I thought they meant the on-screen characters (Salvatore, Catalina, Phil Cassidy etc), not the radio ones so much. They way they've worded it it sounds like R* said not even Lazlow but I doubt that.

Lazlow is definitely in. He had a chat about GTA IV on Opie & Anthony Show, before the trailer was released.

Great article.

It looks like they're really impressed about the small details, like Niko looking over his shoulder after bumping into someone, or seeing him resting one foot on a ledge. It's some very nice little detail indeed, I can't wait to see more of those small things.

I wonder if the realism of peds will make such an impact though, some of them said they don't even want to kill them, heh. Although I'm sure it'll be very nice to see them 'living', so I'll probably keep staring at them instead of killing them, too.

Thanks for posting this, Slim

Thanks for that link Asif. I didn't know Lazlow was 100% confirmed to be working on GTAIV, even though it seemed silly to assume he wasn't.

I hope they dont kill off the humor style of the franchise and opt for a more realistic scenario, I think thats one of the elements that really makes GTA what it is...
I mean, i'm sure the humor will be there, due to the billboards we have seen.. but will it be in the characters and gameplay?

I hope the GTA humor is not scarificed for realism.

Probably not, it's still got Dan Houser and Lazlow working on it.
