Yeah, someone discovered the resemblance a few weeks ago shortly after the trailer was released. It's believe Rockstar based the trailer off this. Parodies all around with them.

He's mad at me, don't worry about it, I brought it upon myself makin him look bad, even though I apologized.
But it's off my shoulder.
I watched the video and couldn't deny for a bit of my body that they did base it upon that, same general feeling, music was the same thing, the whole direction was in the same place basically.
I have a SLIGHT feeling, and I don't know why, that some building destruction will be in GTA, but that's something completely different.
The end was great though with the clouds flying through, looked awesome, too bad GTA didn't do something like that.

The scenes are generally in the beginning area where there is no music, just a high shot of the clouds goin over the city.

it really actually makes sense that they parody Koyaanisqatsi because it's a movie about the madness of the world and about how things move so fast that before you know it it's over.
