It's amazing how many quests you just stumble across in that game. I was just free roaming around in the forest and I found some deadric prince shrine. I was then teleported to the plain of Oblivion and had to find the five soles of people who were trapped there. It took a while, but I got a shield worth 16,500 gold called Spell Breaker that reflects 30% of any spell cast on me.
