League of Legends. Longest match so far with like 70 minutes or so. We killed the highest NPc and got buffed crazy so then we rushed their team and crushed em. Was fun.

Alan Wake, this got pushed back on my to play list which is a shame, I'm loving right now, this game would of done a lot better if it was released around now-ish.

JC2. Just doing locations and faction missions. Honestly the 4 districts of Panau City are a bitch and I will most certainly be doing them last. I also refuse to touch the story (beyond the first two missions) until all locations are 100%, all Colonels are dead, all faction items are retrieved, etc.

Also while I'm here: What would somebody recommend as my next game purchase? I'm stuck between Tropico 3 and Cities XL.

Disregard that. I got the Tropico 3 demo and it bores me compared to Cities XL.

Last played some Modern Warfare 2 on PC, then set Steam to download the Mafia II demo, before that was playing Ghost Pirates of Vooju Island, and bloody hell, it's pretty much The Curse of Monkey Island, I mean, of course the art is, it's the same Art Designer, but the music, interface, etc, all the same style as Curse and the puzzles are quite good.

edit: Last Played, MAFIA II Demo, that was fucking awesome, Vehicle Handling could be better but the detail in the game is great and unlike another Sandbox game, this actually runs good on PC, had the settings on 1920x1080, Max Detail, Shadows, etc, AA turned "On" and AF at 16x, ran the Benchmark and I averaged out 44fps, compared to GTA IV where I get around 20-25fps.

Mafia II demo.

I always liked the story of the first Mafia game, but the gameplay was always slightly too dry for my liking. After playing the demo for this, I can see they have certainly improved a lot. It also looks like it's going to be a masterpiece of cinematography, which is something I adore and wish was apparent in more videogames. The opening cutscene in this demo was the best cutscene I have ever seen in a videogame, bar none.

Alpha Protocol
on the last mission but specializing in stealth and pistols isn't that helpful when dozens of guys are trying to kill you and u can't really sneak by them

Just spent 4 hours on Team Fortress 2, the match, it just wouldn't end, it's not right quitting out of a game where I had over 250 Kills, 150+ Assists, etc, but, the match had over 900 minutes left on the clock, and we were just stuck repeating the same stuff, never getting to that last capture point!

*rocking back and forth*

I don't know how you do that. I can only play single player games in what are usually half hour to two hour bursts, multiplayer holds my attention even less (no story to keep me enthralled).

Last game I played was Advance Wars: Days of Ruin, and it certainly has a much darker tone than previous installments of the series. I'm enjoying it thus far, I've missed simple turn-based strategy that didn't involve 8 billion some-odd factors to keep track of.

I played a few different ones last night, cause i wanted to relax after submitting 2 assignments. Started off with Beat Hazard (which is fucking ridiculously mind bending after being awake for 40+ hours), then Peggle which i've formed a pretty sweet addiction to, then Plants Vs. Zombies. My first time playing pvz, it was pretty cool! Starts off a little too easy, but it's fun all the same. Im at the start of the 4th level now, the night time pool one, and so far it's still been easy.. Haven't lost a round yet, but it feels like it's getitng more difficult.
I also played Unreal Tournament 3 for a couple of matches but i was getting interrupted too much by my gfs neice and nephew and it was a pain in the ass pausing every few seconds, so i canned that.
