I think you guys should all work together to make a complete Modern Mod...
I mean a Modern mod. Instead of Banshee Customize the way it looks Make it a Chevrolet Corvette, change something to make it say (when you enter the car) Chevy Corvette.
Change every single car. For the VooDoo because it has hydrolics you can make it like one of those funny lookin mexican cars with the Chain Steering wheel and the big rims with small tires.

Change each car, add new motorcycles. Make kids on the sidewalks riding skateboards. Change the MOPED into a Bicycle that is ridden on the sidewalk. Create the Concept Cars such as the Dodge Tomahawk (2005's Most talked about Concept Motorcycle with the Dodge Viper V-10 engine with over 500 horsepower. 0-60 in 2.5 seconds Max MPH 400+) Change the music stations and such, add a country channel, rap channel, punk rock channel, mexican music station. Change all of the buildings in Vice City to better suit the modern day attributes. Such as the North Point Mall. Make it the Mall Of Vice City, Vice City Mills. Each store able to be walked in. Things purchased, etc. McDonalds, Burger King, Carl's JR, Jack in the Box, In N' Out, Starbucks, Sears, Mervyns, Macy's, and Numerous others such as Hot Topic or Barne's And Noble. (Imagine that, Running through a Barne's and Noble store with an AK-47 shooting all the books up and watching the papers fly everyplace. Then watching people run like hell screaming and crying as their blood and guts spill all over the papers on the floor.) *I am a very twisted story teller*

You guys have already changed the entire face of the Grand Theft Auto Game... I mean.
You add cars, change cars, delete cars.
You add places, change places, delete places.
You add guns, change guns, remove guns.
And you can Add NPC's (EX. Lance), Change NPCS, and Remove NPC's.
What makes you think you "Can't" do what i asked above?

Because it would take an enormous amount of work over a long period of time. Yes, I suppose it could be done, but to be practical it can't.

why don't you wait for the next GTA to come out... it'll have new cars, new maps, new everything that you're asking for.

By the way... what you want is basically taking Rockstar's creation and making it your own. By a new game... maybe true crimes or max payne!

Also, what you are asking for would be about 1 Gb, and i doubt edgenetwork wants to have THAT one uploaded!

Yes... we do those things one at a time so 56Kers (including me) have a chance to survive with downloads like 700 Kb and stuff.

If you want this to become a reality, round a whole crapload of modders who are willing to fill up 1 Gb of their hard drive to make a mod that will be impossible to download for most people.

actually, the "add" and "remove" parts of most of the ones you said cant be done.
the only things i know you can add are map items and missions.

no, its not possible.

in vice city you can only add 4 bug-ridden cars. i dont call that adding.
i call that "trying to add."

press horn on the 'added' car, and see what happens...
and listen to the engine, especially when you speed up.
