help with handling, default files

no this is not a request for new files, this is plee for help lol, on the prelude i dled i had to change the defaut and handling files, well followed the instructions and the car shows up and everything, but it crashes when u move, now with out editing those files, the prelude had plenty of clearance from the ground, and it would still spark, rapidly and continuously, im good with modeling not handling lines, so somebody care to thro in there 2 cents?

install the mod instead of another VC car.It works for me when that happens.

make sure the handling and default lines are for vice city, not gta3
