Question Why Won't It Work?!?!

Ok. I'll start calmly. I got several new cars from a website and opened them in VCMM which I downloaded previously. I installed everything exactly as told and it worked successfully Or so it seemed. I started up Vice City and proceeded to cruise down to Sunshine Autos where I replaced the Deluxo with a rather tasteful BMW Z8. Unfortunately as soon as I got there VC crashed rather abruptly. no error messages, no desktop, no BSOD just frozen. The radio continues, but nothing moves. I sit there bemused and simply press the restart button after waiting a reasonable amount of time. I think to myself, hmm maybe the car was corrupt. I try another one. Same thing happens. In fact, every single modded car I download and try to install, no matter what the website, simply refuses to work. Please assist me with this, quite frankly, bloody annoying problem. Until then, I will just have to be content with imagining driving roundVice City in the batmobile in my dreams...

you should do things manually now. support for vcmm is limited.
i dont know anything abot it but heres a general tip: start small, and work in steps. dont load everything on at once

it is. if you read directions.
vcmm was mostly for the newer people at least thats what i think. more experienced people preferred manual because it has less risk of messing something up.
