Question snow?
does anyone know where to get the snow mod? I WANT SNOW IN VC!!!
will you guys at least tell me if the car handeling is altered?

The handling is altered in the file called "handling.cfg" in Grand theft auto vice city/data . I can't help you with the first question... Sry

snow? they probably replaced rain textures. theres no true snow.

Yes... Handling has been altered, and snow has been added...

I like the snowmod for gta3 better, though, as the palmtrees in vice arent covered with snow...

There is no rain...
Which is really very nice, as i never experienced a rainy day while snow was falling!

I think its sad, that when some1 asks: "Where can i get snowmod?" the replies are... "I think it mean they just replace rain", "You change it in handling.cfg" and "Dont understand ur question..."

The question was clear: How do i find snowmod... Not How do i make a snowmod!
