Can i ask joey to make a hummer h2 for vice city? or is there already one made somewhere idk.

Joey isn't a person here....it's a reference to the mechanic from GTA3...he doesn't really exist.

also: joshcomp, you should use edit (like i just did) instead of double-posting. just giving you a little hint for the future

oh, ok i didnt realize that you could do that. I was used to the gamefaqs kind of message board where you cant edit posts.
