Set the shader model level back to 2.0 in the in-game settings. It will improve performance and gets rid of the HDR, which disabling in this case makes the game look a lot better in my opinion.

I would have some pics from Supreme Commander, but the god damn file refuses to unzip. Will be a good test for my video card.

Deal with it.

Any other posts like this from anyone else, or any posts that fall into the stereotypical "fanboy" category will warrant anywhere from a 3 day ban to a two week or greater ban.

Don't ruin this thread guys.

More like a test for your CPU. Believe me, that game rapes your CPU like no other. Video card, maybe, but only if you zoom in close, and no one plays up close.

Anyways... finally DiRT full version. Some initial screenshots. Looks pretty good, and this is on a low-medium setting so I could actually play.

Dirt looks like a really nice game, but I don't like Starforce Protected games, that copy protection has messed up my system before.

look at this site to see what I mean http://www.glop.org/starforce/

Mmm, then that's a problem. Well, at least now, the game prompts you to install drivers before running the game (you have to click yes but at least it tells you). But... like that did anything. Mount and play, I don't know what happened, starforce is supposed to be uncrackable or whatever, but they must have really screwed up or something.

Reminds me of the level in Metal Gear Solid 3 where you have to fight The Sorrow.

You only played the demo, there's so much more better things you get to do then what you can do in the demo. But you cant say the concentration mode isnt a good feature, can have well loads of fun with that.
