Rise of the Tomb Raider was a nice surprise.

That Tomb Raider game is a top down like Tomb Raider GoL

Also the Dead Rising thing was the most interesting game I guess. Along with a few of those indie titles. Nothing AAA really looked 'next-gen'.

I'd say Platinum was a surprise, but it was leaked ages ago, apart from that, ehhhh, sticking to games is good, but nothing really stood out as OMG amazing apart from Sunset Overdrive and the Dead Rising 3 DLC.

Evolve also looked pretty good though.

There were a few logo's in the end montage though that they haven't even talked about.

Agreed, but I thought Ori and the Blind Forest looked really cool. That and Inside were the only two real surprises for me since pretty much everything else was either already known/strongly hinted at or are third party games that will be better on PS4 and PC.

Neither PS4 or Xbone have done anything to convince me to buy their product.

Sony is still to come. I'm still quite excited for what they have to show.

CoD and Halo shit aside; I thought that wasn't too bad. Surprisingly nothing too cringy.

With the price drop, Kinect drop, and no longer needing Gold to use stuff like Netflix, I'd say things are looking better for Xbox.

True, but unless they announce something of the scale of TLOU I doubt anything will hook me in. Having a PS3 and being able to pick up cheap games that I missed out on > 400 euro investment + monthly fee. This applies to both Sony and Microsoft.
