ENB 220.127.116.11 too bright
Hello, i apologize in advance for my bad enhlish...
This problem im dealing already very very long time.. but still no good results. I know so patch 18.104.22.168 is problematic with mods and especially with ENB series. Problems are thus two. First is know to all
RED SKY BUG
and second is
BRIGHT ROADS - SURFACES:
Xlive.dll not helpful..
Please someone who know how to fix this my nightmare for help.

Well, I still have bright surfaces often as well, but there is a way to make the game less bright in general. At least, if using ENB is anything like iCEnhancer, which I think it is. Right?...
Anyway... One way is to turn up the Adaption-values in the iceconfig-file, specifically the Max-value. That means that you turn down the maximum brightness.
Another way is to lower the exposure, which you can do in the iceshader-file. Just look for AdaptionValue in that file and turn it down by 0.1 or 0.2 and see if it helps. But look out that you don't make it all too dark, which is very annoying (in my experience) too.
Another thing to improve it is to use other people's custom ENB/iCE-files, and find which one doesn't have very over-exposed surfaces. The one I've tried and looks OK is: http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/icenha...ural-v2-f24515
It does look a bit bleak, but at least it's not overly bright.

Didn't bother me anything after installing that. It also gives you a new night-skydome with stars, but it doesn't look too great. Oh well... At least the sky doesn't flicker red anymore, and none of those squares either.
