LCPDFR 0.91 and Ambient War Mod

I'm the Fans from LCPDFR ....I like to become a powerful police and arrest suspect all the suspect~
The problem that I facing was the duration or time period to get to the crime scene are too fast, and i dislike that all the suspect or criminal are not powerful....so i found out a Mod call Ambient war mod...its allow me to have a great fighting between my police forces and criminals...
But the main problem is when i run the mod...my game always stopped by the console and its come out it self...
I was wondering that LCPDFR 0.91 and Ambient War can run together?
Any fix?
