Does your graphics settings affect the ENB MODS?

Hey im wondering if my ingame graphics settings affect the ENB mods? are we to be set graphics settings lower or higher when using the ENB? or is the only thing i need turned off is the "Definition" setting

Right now my settings are all on High Graphics

a simple yes or no would be nice...anyone?

texture filtering, resolution, reflections, view distance, vehicle density, can change the look of the game with enbs enabled.

color saturation, contrast, and brightness can't be changed once you install an enb.

try this value for enable/disable ingame graphics color settings
[ADAPTATION]
ForceMinMaxValues=false/true

UseOriginalPostProcessing=false = Post processing from dll (ENBSeries)
UseOriginalPostProcessing=true = Original GTA IV Post processing
