help me fix taxi bug

I've been modding the crap out of the cars on GTA IV. And as expected I have come across the Taxi bug. I get a shit load of taxis and like one other car! It's starting to piss me off. But I got the mod to fix it. And it's an ASI mod. I got the ASI mod installer and put both of those in the main part of the GTA IV directory. Do they need to be in the data folder? better yet could someone just post the exact directory I need to put these in?

I built my computer for gaming so;
quad core phenom II x4 3GHz processor
HIS HD5750 1GB GDDR5 x2
8GB Patriot Extreme PC1200 RAM

this thing will run every game I've thrown at it on Ultra settings!

So you got an ASI loader and the taxi mod fix (TrafficLoad I presume)?

These two things go in your base GTA4 folder, where you'll find GTAIV.exe.
My humble GTA4 realism scripts:
Arrest Warrant notoriety system with cop alert meters
Bank Account store money at ATMs and earn interest
Deadly Wrecks car wrecks hurt, seatbelt helps
Weapon Weight weapons and ammo slow you down
Weapon Storage store weapons & ammo in safehouses
Real Reload more realistic reload model for guns
Hide Radar hide the radar & health bars for HUD-free gameplay

My specs:
Q6600 @ 3.0GHz || 4GB DDR3 1333 RAM || GeForce GTX 570 1.25GB
24" LCD @ 1920x1200 || Windows 7 Professional x64 || GTA4 v1.0.4.0
