News Post: Hint towards next GTA setting in EFLC manual?

Page 13 of the Episodes From Liberty City seems to provide an interesting little clue at the setting for the next GTA. Check it out below.

It's really hard to tell. All of the GTA covers are split into sectors. This "looks" like a countryside w/mountains picture. This would lead one to deduce possibly San Andreas. It's probably a trick though. Like I said earlier, one of those pictures that look totally different when you see the whole thing. The suspense has already started for me though.

Hmm, the ticket is on the background of "The Story Gang" section of Rockstar's Social Club... Isn't necessarily a hint.

Stuff like this is always taken so literally. Going by the ticket, we would be playing as Niko again in San Andreas, which really wouldn't make too much sense.

Still, it's something to think about. Maybe it'll be in San Andreas and we'll see Niko as a cameo as he was in the opening credits of TLaD, just walking on the sidewalk.

It doesn't add up to Vice City. That volcano picture is from GTA IV, not VC.

The picture is in Vice City, as in the above link.
Which indicates a small hint towards VC.
I really hope it is in Vice City.
