i think the credits were one of the best parts of it
it definitely tied together some points in the two stories and definitely gave a big hint about luis's involvement in the next episode
also seeing memorable missions from GTA IV was awesome from a new perspective

I'm actually tempted to get Chinatown Wars just so I can continue Liberty City's story, and I haven't gotten a DS game in years.

i didnt watch the credits until now, and now that i think about it, Luis doesnt seem familiar to me, i dont remember him.

I think what should be really interesting about the next episode, assuming that it IS Luis' story, is that from Niko and Johnny's perspective, Luis is an antagonist. Niko and Johnny, together were always on the same team, but apart were always fucking over each other without recognizing it, and Luis is straight up playing for the other team.

Playing the same story from different perspectives is absolutely genius writing IMO. I have a feeling more will be revealed about Niko's past in the next episode, given Luis has relations with Mr. Bulgarin.
