Niko's Character Traits.
How do feel about Niko as a whole? I know everyone has different opinions about all the protagonists of the GTA series. Niko himself is very agile and can go commando at a moments notice, but we also see him in a lot of scenes being sympathetic. Is caring a welcomed addition to the GTA series because the whole badass genre has been way over done or should we had stayed on the path of having a slick psychopath as our main character?
Personally I think the formula was perfected this go around.

His emotions had way too many ups and downs, both during gameplay and cutscenes.
"Can I help you, miss?" He begins escorting an old lady across the busy street. He snaps, grabs her by the arms and throws her in front of a bus. Her guts strewn across the ground, he grabs her purse and takes her money.. then he says he's sorry.
Or at times where you'd think he'd be sympathetic, he's sarcastic. Same with when he should be angry, he is either incredibly angry or apathetic.
This might be realistic (I'd be crazy too), but I don't think it does well for cinematic value. Why can't Rockstar North look at many characters from GTA III and VC and just.. make sense again?

Lol I like the fact that he's obviously bipolar...it just makes it even sillier to have him snap and commit vicious acts of murder, and go play darts afterward with his friends...
CJ would be so proud

But I think that Rockstar should do the same type of character as they did for Niko for the next GTA games.
