at a first glance it seems fake but then again there's a subliminal message near the end which says 'deepthroat' the same guy who had revealed that GTAIV will be set in NY weeks before the first trailer or details

I doubt it, it's very nicely done but you can tell it's a fake, one of the main things that put me off was the Rockstar Logo, compared to the rest it looked soo amateur.

Not a bad video, but I doubt it's the actual intro video. Nothing about it was exclusive to GTA IV so you can't really prove that it was made for the game. Also it just didn't seem very GTA intro video-ish to me...although who's to say that Rockstar won't take a new approach this time around.

that seemed very un gta'ish... non gta'ish to be honest.. as rappo said, there's no point that says it was made for IV, it could be a toothpaste commercial..

Call me a sucker, but I thought it looked pretty good.

It´s not real, it´s badly made also. The picture before the PS3 booting the game is the one from the boxart with mirrored licenseplate and it doesn´t even say "Grand Theft Auto IV" in the list.

I'm not sure if that intro is GTAIV's. GTA games tend to have a main theme song in their intros. IV's theme song is obviously the one that plays on the official site. Now, how come we don't hear the theme song in that intro? But since when does an intro come before the company logos and all of that?
Plus, the video ends right when the game starts up. We don't see the game being inserted, either.
Either way, that's an awesome intro and it gives me Shenmue II vibes.
The more I think of it, the more fake it seems.
