No faults in it yet, and i'm pretty far into it. Gameplay is amazing, some bullet time moments leave me in awe. You can actually feel Max's sorrow at some points during cutscenes. It's a very beautiful game, scenery wise. The A.I is VERY difficult at some points and it brings a challenge. I haven't touched multiplayer yet, and still not completed the story, but i'd give this game a 9/10 right now.

I may wait until the inevitable $40 sale comes along in a couple weeks.
It looked great when I got to play it at PAX. Controls felt a little weird but I only got to play for like 2 minutes so I didn't have time to get used to it.

Ah, thanks a lot man. I'm gonna pick it up before work - late night shopping ftw - screw waiting until the PC version releases.

It's fantastic, very rarely do I shell out money for new games anymore (what with the country going to shit) but I had no qualms about buying this launch day. I reckon I'm fairly far in, currently in the favellas in Sao Paulo in the campaign. But the real surprise was the multiplayer. Been playing this a fair bit I just love how people instinctively take siege of buildings in Team Deathmatch, also Payne Killer is a really smart addition, I had a blast playing it with Casey today.

i played it today, against my better judgement, because now i want to play it!

is there actually a reason why the pc version is two weeks away?

Just completed the story, and i love the way it ended.
Although when Max walked away with his bag and all that, it makes me question another Max Payne? He seemed...fufilled in this one, at the end. Like his job was done.

I'm a little hesitant to get it on ps3, Max Payne seems like it belongs on the piss sea.

Yeah, I really liked the ending too.

I just wished Max had an awesome closing monologue like he had in the previous two games.

1: "Woden grinned smugly. It was the grin of a winner. That made two of us."
2: "I had a dream of my wife. She was dead, but it was alright."

And then 3 ends without him saying something fucking badass? The news report should have ended with the journalist saying: "And now your local forecast," to which Max says, "My local forecast? It's dark in some places, but sunny everywhere else."

The lines are all there already it just would have been better had Max delivered them.

Edit: Also, I splooged when I realised the original Max Payne skin was an option for New York Minute mode. I'm going to replay the entire game with that cheesy grin.

What exactly is the New York Minute? I'm also gonna try and work on all of the achievements in the game, too.
