Can you all make new links please i cant download it from vicecityonline.com because it doesnt exist??

The vicecityonline.com domain has expired - when VCO merged with SOL, the project name changed to SOL-O.
The latest domain is: gtasolonline.com

Note that VLE won't be hosted on gtasolonline.com, as VLE was purely a VCO project.
Also keep in mind that this is why the VCO RC1 server list is dead - it used vicecityonline.com.

I would strongly advise waiting for SOL-O, but here's the VLE links anyway:

All these files that you publish does not exist! Error Invalid or Deleted File.
