When will people stop assuming shit based on the PS3 launch? The same people aren't even in charge of those kinds of decisions. :/ Practically everything Sony has done with PS4 is the exact opposite of what they did with the PS3 launch. But I guess people aren't going to "get it" until it's actually out.
Sony said they plan to have millions of systems in the pipeline this year. That's the benefit of not using crazy customized hardware (the Blu-Ray diodes and low Cell yields contributed to the supply problems of Ps3). So relax bro. US and Canada are garenteed to get it this year (because we're awesome) and Japan as well (because they're also awesome). The only possible issue in Europe is the logistical problem of releasing a system in so many countries at once. But it's looking likely that there won't be a delay. And if there is it won't be a year delay. >_>
